Valerie Allen grew up in Bradford County, PA and began drawing at an early age. She honed her skills while obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Wells College in Aurora, NY. While she creates art using a variety of media, her primary works are acrylic paintings and charcoal portraits. Valerie now resides in Williamsport, PA.
